Itinerary Details
DAY 1: Arrival in Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airport
After arrival at the airport (Kilimanjaro International airport / Arusha Airport), your private driver guide from Msovi Africa Safaris will pick you up at the airport and transfer you to your accommodation in Arusha City for dinner and overnight ready for your upcoming adventure.

DAY 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After an early breakfast, we depart for Tarangire National Park. Tarangire National Park, in northern Tanzania, is celebrated for its vast elephant herds, towering baobab trees, and remarkable biodiversity. The park’s lifeline, the Tarangire River, attracts large concentrations of wildlife, particularly during the dry season, offering exceptional game viewing opportunities. Visitors can encounter lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and an impressive array of over 500 bird species. Its scenic beauty and rich wildlife make Tarangire a must-visit safari destination year-round.
After having Lunch at a picnic site and an extensive game drive, we head straight to your campsite, arriving late afternoon for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

DAY 3: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for game viewing drive.
Undoubtedly, the Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa’s most famous sites and is said to have the highest density of wildlife in Africa. Sometimes described as an ‘eighth wonder of the world’, the Crater has achieved world renown, attracting an ever-increasing number of visitors each year. You are unlikely to escape other vehicles here, but you are guaranteed great wildlife viewing in a genuinely mind-blowing environment.
There is nowhere else in Africa quite like Ngorongoro! Undeniably, it is one of the best places in the country to see the endangered black rhinoceros. Furthermore, the park is home to the entirety of The Big Five. It is particularly good place to see lions, herds of wildebeest, zebras and cape buffalo year-round.
A packed lunch will be served at a picnic site. Late afternoon, ascend the crater and drive to Arusha or airport for your onward flight to your next destination.
